Share your thoughts and creativity about how Family and Community Health Sciences can make a difference in your community and family. • "From Our Farms" Educators: Help provide short programs promoting New Jersey fruits & vegetables and dairy products to young children at libraries and preschools. Work with FCHS staff to use our From Our Farm learning boxes. Involves reading a story, playing a game and serving a snack to children and their parents or teachers. Volunteer registration required. Training provided.
• Fight BAC Volunteers: Proper hand washing and good food handling is crucial to staying healthy. Help provide short programs promoting hand washing and food safety to children at libraries, preschools and schools. Volunteer registration required. Training provided.
