Do you want to save summer produce for another day? Canning in glass jars, freezing and dehydrating are all methods to preserve food. Learn how to safely can jams, fruit, vegetables and pickles. Also learn how to freeze or dehydrate food to maintain flavor. - Lessons for Long Life
Numerous regions around the world are noted for people living long lives – 90 years or more. These people provide lessons to apply in our daily lives to be healthier and potentially live longer. - Mediterranean Diet
This region is known for long life, good health and delicious food. Explore the region’s approaches to eating, mindset and physical activity and learn how to apply these ideas at home. - Plant-Based Eating

Paleo, keto, no sugar, gluten-free, meal plans… Do they work? Which is best? Are there risks? Get the facts and learn the basics of eating for health. - Whole Grain Goodness
What are whole grains? How are they different from refined grains? Why should they be included in our diets? How can I identify a whole grain? All these questions and more answered in this presentation.
